Milne Bros Equipment in Mackay is on the lookout for a Service Advisor to join our awesome Service Department. This is a full-time role based in our Mackay branch – perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and enjoys having a laugh along the way.

This might be an office-based role, but trust us – it’s far from boring. You'll have the autonomy to run your day, make decisions, and work closely with a fantastic team of skilled technicians and genuinely great office people who love what they do.

What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day (and trust us, every day is different!)

- Chatting with customers and helping them through their service and repair needs

- Preparing quotes and keeping customers up to date

- Scheduling and coordinating workshop jobs to keep things moving

- Working closely with our workshop team to deliver top-notch service

- Keeping accurate records of all service work

- Spotting opportunities to upsell parts or additional services

- Being the friendly face and voice of Milne Bros Service – customer service is key!

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who loves a challenge, has a way with people,



and can juggle all the moving parts of a busy service department. Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role

- Solid communication and organisational skills

- Great attention to detail and ability to think on your feet

- A bit of technical know-how is always handy

- A positive attitude and a team-first approach
