The Youth Impact Foundation in Melbourne seeks a General Manager of In Person Delivery to drive delivery across Australia. This senior role leads the planning and execution of in-person programs including schools, camps, keynotes and conferences, with five direct reports spanning NSW and VIC.

You’ll refine systems, manage budgets and champion a safe, high-performing culture valued by our staff and communities. This is a hybrid role with meaningful impact and market-competitive salary.
