Our client, a leading furniture hire business, is seeking an experienced National Operations Control Manager to support and coordinate its national operations across NSW, VIC and QLD. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will play a key role in workforce planning, fleet and logistics coordination, warehouse operations and resource allocation to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily operations across NSW, VIC and QLD, working closely with State Operations Managers to manage priorities, resolve issues and plan upcoming workloads.

- Oversee national workforce planning, staff allocations and scheduling, ensuring resources are efficiently distributed to meet operational demands.





- Coordinate fleet allocations, interstate stock transfers and logistics, maintaining visibility across vehicle capacity, deliveries, collections and major projects.

- Oversee Sydney warehouse operations, monitoring daily KPIs, quality standards, receiving, storage, picking, preparation and dispatch.

- Monitor operational systems, compliance, reporting and processes while identifying opportunities to improve productivity, control costs and streamline workflows.

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in operations management, logistics, warehouse management or a similar coordination role.

- Strong experience in workforce planning, resource allocation, fleet coordination and managing competing operational priorities.

- Excellent organisational and forward-planning skills, with the ability to coordinate activities across multiple locations.

- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to support operational teams and resolve day-to-day issues.

- Strong systems, reporting and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on process improvement, compliance and cost control.
