Whether you're ditching the 9-to-5 or stepping out of retirement, this role is about rolling up your sleeves, passing on hard trade skills, and immersing yourself in Yolŋu Culture.What You Will DoSite & Gear Coordination: Oversee site logistics, maintain small engines (mowers, power tools), and keep workshops clean, safe, and fully stocked.Hands-On Mentoring: Work side-by-side with local Yolŋu Supervisors and participants, teaching practical skills in groundskeeping, mechanics, tool safety,
