This is a front counter role in a busy workshop. Around 80% of the job is customer service, bookings and administration. The other 20% is workshop support. You won't be sitting out the front. When the counter is quiet, you'll be on your feet: putting parts away, helping the technicians and keeping the workshop moving.The Automotive Service Advisor Trainee role is a long-term career pathway in the automotive industry. It's for people who are passionate about cars and customer service but don't want to do a traditional mechanic apprenticeship.No experience required. You'll get full training, mentoring and documented systems, with a pathway to the AUR21120 Certificate II in Automotive Sales.
