Allied Health Assisstant-Northern Suburbs

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated AHA to join our team across the Northern Suburbs, supporting NDIS participants in home settings. This role is best suited for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working within structured support environments. A genuine commitment to participant-centred care is essential, along with strong documentation skills, transparent communication, and consistency of support.

Key responsibilities

- Support participants with their daily needs
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely shift notes and reporting
- Follow behaviour support strategies and care plans
- Work collaboratively with the broader care team

About you

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Certificate III in AHA
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of reliability, responsibility, and flexibility
- Supportive team environment with clear expectations and guidance
