About You
We’re looking for a confident and experienced leader who is passionate about creating exceptional outcomes for children, families and teams.
You will bring:

- Previous experience as a Centre Director within Early Childhood Education and Care
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A proven ability to build high-performing teams
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation
- Experience managing occupancy, budgets and centre performance
- A genuine commitment to creating positive experiences for children and families
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
