Working within the Risk & Claims function, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role supporting a busy risk and claims team within a community-focused organisation in Melbourne's south east.

Key responsibilities

- Processing insurance and compensation claims
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting data management activities
- Assisting with customer enquiries via phone and written communication
- Providing administrative support to the Risk Management Coordinator
- Supporting the team across general risk and claims processes

About you

- Robust customer service skills with the ability to manage enquiries professionally
- High attention to detail and excellent administrative capability
- Solid experience using Microsoft Word and Excel




- Confidence working with customer request and records management systems
- Previous experience in risk, insurance, or claims
- Understanding of risk management principles
