Tenpin Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver a warm, memorable experience at our entertainment centre. You will manage bookings, assist guests, and help host events across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms, and more. A positive attitude and excellent service are essential.

We offer wide-ranging duties in a fun setting with opportunities for career development and staff benefits. Applicants aged 16+ welcome, with some roles requiring evenings and weekends.
