What You’ll Do:

- Source and nurture leads for the team
- Assist with buyer enquiry and call ins.
- Assist buyers and sellers in finding properties that suit their needs and preferences
- Attend building + pest and bank valuations.
- Participate in property viewings and provide key information to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed team targets
- Manage and update client databases

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in sales, real estate or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with others
- A genuine passion for helping others




- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
- A QLD driver’s license and access to a car
