CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Property Accountant to support Casual Mall Leasing finance across invoicing, reconciliations, debtors and reporting. You’ll collaborate with leasing, centre and finance teams and build your understanding of licence agreements and leasing activity within a retail property portfolio.
You’ll maintain licence records, assist with month-end reporting and revenue tracking, and contribute to audit and process improvements while expanding your exposure to property finance.
