Club Supervisor – Grandviews Bowling & Recreation Club

About us

Grandviews is a friendly local club with a loyal crowd, great facilities, and a crew of experienced staff who’ve got each other’s backs. We take looking after our members seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Expect good banter, a relaxed vibe, and plenty of variety in your shifts.

What you’ll be doing

As Club Supervisor, you’re the one keeping everything ticking along. You’ll:

- Make sure every guest feels welcome and well looked after
- Lead and support the team on shift (and jump in when it’s all hands on deck)
- Keep us on the right side of the rules: compliance,



licensing and safety
- Look after health and safety so everyone has a good time and gets home safe
- Keep communication flowing between staff, management and members

This role starts as casual, but for the right person there’s a real path to part-time or full-time.

You’ll fit right in if you have:

- Some hospitality experience under your belt
- A positive, can-do attitude and a love of learning
- A knack for leading by example (and keeping the energy up)
- Solid communication, time management and problem-solving skills
- Integrity and a sense of responsibility you can count on
- Availability for nights and weekends (that’s when the fun happens!)

The must-haves

- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gaming)Advanced RCG, or happy to get it
