Due to continued growth, we are looking for a confident, results-driven sales professional to fill the a permanent full-time vacancy at our Stafford store.

About the Role

This is a dynamic, active, and hands-on showroom role suited to a knowledgeable salesperson who excels at building rapport,



understanding the customers’ needs and guiding them to the right solutions. Your daily responsibilities will split between customer engagement and physical floor management:

Consultative Sales: Greeting customers, delivering expert product advice and helping families choose the right appliance to finalise the sale.

Showroom Presentation: Maintaining a clean, professional and welcoming retail environment.

Hands-on Stock Management: Assisting with unboxing, managing and moving stock around the floor. Because you will be handling large whitegoods (refrigerators, washing machines, dryers), being comfortable with regular heavy lifting is essential.

What We Are Looking For

Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a retail sales or customer-facing role. Prior experience with appliances, electronics, furniture, or bulky goods is highly regarded.

Effective Communication: A friendly, approachable professional who builds natural rapport and assists customers with confidence.

Physical Capability: Physically fit and entirely comfortable with the manual handling aspects of safely moving heavy appliances.

Reliability: A punctual, organized skilled who takes pride in their work and enjoys collaborating with a close-knit team.
