Manage bid preparation being responsible for coordination with internal and external stakeholders to obtain all deliverable required to submit winning bids. You will report daily to the Business Development Director in Australia and maintain frequent communication with Project Managers, ensuring cohesive collaboration and successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

- Support business development activities during project origination and customer engagement
- Maintain an prospect pipeline and tender schedule
- Lead multidisciplinary bid teams across engineering, procurement, commercial, legal, HSE, and project delivery functions
- Develop bid execution plans, schedules, responsibilities, and submission milestones
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of tender inputs
- Coordinate development of EPC technical solutions for utility-scale Solar PV projects, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), hybrid Solar + BESS facilities, grid connection and substation works, SCADA, Energy Management Systems and plant controls
- Lead the preparation of EPC cost estimates and pricing models
- Review EPC contracts, technical specifications, and commercial terms
- Prepare and manage high-quality proposal documents




- Support commercial negotiations with customers and partners

About you

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Commerce, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in EPC, renewable energy, power generation, transmission or infrastructure projects
- Minimum 3 years' experience in bidding, tendering, estimating, project development, or commercial management
- Work on impactful renewable energy projects
