Baptist Care NSW & ACT in Geelong is seeking a Customer Service Support to be the first point of contact for Home Care Package services. You will manage service schedules, budgets, coordinate services for clients, and process invoices.

This permanent full-time role requires a minimum of two years in phone-based, high-volume customer service, preferably in aged care, plus an Office Admin/Support qualification or relevant experience. The team offers market-competitive salary and salary packaging benefits.
