GCMarine is a Gold Coast marine and civil construction company that builds pontoons, marinas, jetties and boardwalks across South East Queensland and beyond. We’re looking for a reliable driver who’s also happy to get hands-on in other general labouring roles when not driving one of our trucks.

The role

Immediate start

A mix of local pick-ups and deliveries of raw materials + pontoons and gangways

Very limited interstate runs

General labouring in our yard and work sites between driving jobs - building & installing pontoons

What you’ll do

Drive flat bed, semi-trailer and tipper trucks

Load, restrain and secure freight (chains, straps, tarps) to NHVR requirements

Carry out pre-start checks and basic vehicle maintenance

Keep accurate delivery records and work diary entries





Assist with yard and site labouring, including use of hand and power tools

What you’ll need

HC licence (minimum); MC highly regarded

Proven experience with flat beds, semi-trailers and/or tippers

A sound understanding of fatigue management and load restraint

Confidence with hand and power tools

A reliable, safety-first attitude

Ability to maintain the truck fleet

What we offer

6am starts at Arundel or Coomera

Monday to Thursday - 6am to 4pm with the option to work overtime on Friday
