The Royal Sydney Golf Club invites applications for a 1st Year Apprentice Chef. This entry-level role is designed to develop practical skills, knowledge and qualified standards to become a qualified chef.

You will work under qualified chefs and gain experience across the Club's kitchen operations while completing a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. Rotations through different Club kitchens and sections will build expertise in mise en place, knife skills, stocks, sauces, cold kitchen,
