Our client, a large and well-established processing operation based in the Shepparton region, is seeking an experienced Recruitment & HR Coordinator to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of recruitment and human resources responsibilities and thrives in a rapid-paced operational environment. Working closely with site leaders and management, you will play a key role in attracting, onboarding and supporting employees across the business.

About the Role

Reporting to senior management, your responsibilities will include:

- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Advertising vacancies and screening candidates
- Coordinating interviews and reference checks
- Managing onboarding and induction processes
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Assisting with workforce planning and staffing requirements
- Supporting managers with employee relations matters
- Assisting with performance management processes
- Ensuring compliance with workplace policies and procedures
- Supporting health, safety and wellbeing initiatives
- General HR administration and reporting

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in recruitment, human resources,



or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Experience using recruitment or HR systems (desirable)
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices (desirable)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
