We’re investing in the future of commercial property at One Agency Elite Property Group, and we’re looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager who wants to be part of it.

You’ll manage an established portfolio of retail, commercial and industrial properties, with the autonomy to build strong client relationships and deliver results you can be proud of.

And you’ll have experienced people beside you. Our Commercial Property Management Team Leader brings 25 years of commercial property experience, providing hands-on guidance, shared problem-solving and support with the more complex matters that come across your desk.

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of your portfolio, working closely with landlords, tenants and our team. Your role will include:

- Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships.
- Managing lease renewals, options, rent reviews and critical dates.
- Overseeing arrears, expenditure, annual budgets and outgoings reconciliations.
- Coordinating maintenance, contractors, inspections and property reporting.
- Managing tenancy handovers and vacates, and assisting with leasing matters.
- Keeping records and compliance requirements up to date.
- Identifying opportunities to improve asset performance and outcomes for owners.

You’ll have commercial property management experience, a sound understanding of commercial leases and the confidence to work through issues with clients and contractors.

You’ll be organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities. Just as importantly, you’ll care about doing a good job, communicating clearly and being someone your clients and colleagues can rely on.

A current NSW real estate qualification or licence appropriate to the role and a current driver’s licence are required. Cirrus8 experience is a bonus, with training available.
