Kwik Koffee Rockingham is seeking a full-time Venue Manager to lead a high-volume drive-through team seven days a week. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, staff rostering, performance management, and on-floor leadership alongside the team.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will drive profitability, maintain service standards, and ensure a positive guest experience. This hands-on role requires robust people skills and a commitment to Fair Work practices.
