FORGE is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Business Development Lead in Sydney. You’ll be the trusted right hand, managing inbox, diary, travel, and ensuring the BD pipeline stays flowing so they can win work.

In this role you’ll own CRM upkeep, log meeting notes within 24 hours, prepare briefs, and coordinate weekly pipeline meetings and client events. The position offers in office parking and the chance to shape a growth-focused design and construction firm.
