ASSEMBLE has exclusively partnered with a long-standing client: a highly regarded specialist criminal law firm to hire a Receptionist & Front of House assistant. This role will be based in Brisbane but they have established teams operating across the Gold Coast and Sydney.

We are seeking a friendly, qualified and organised Front of House / Receptionist to become an integral part of a welcoming legal team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kick start their career in the legal industry or an experienced receptionist seeking a rewarding, long-term position.

The Role

Be the welcoming face and first point of contact for clients.

Manage incoming calls, appointments and solicitors’ diaries.

Assist with legal documentation, briefs and court filing enquiries.

Provide general administrative support to the operations manager and solicitors.





Help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Full in depth training provided

About You

You’ll be personable, well-presented, organised and confident communicating with people from all walks of life. You’ll have great attention to detail, a proactive attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Previous reception or administration experience within a fast paced environment is advantageous! We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, professionalism and willingness to learn and develop within the company!
