Dementia Support Australia (DSA) is seeking a dedicated Dementia Consultant to support people living with dementia and those who care for them. This national program, funded by the Australian Government and led by HammondCare, operates through the HACDSP in diverse care settings.

The role is fixed term until June 2028 and based in the Hervey Bay office, with flexible, hybrid opportunities and a robust emphasis on evidence-based, person-centred approaches to improve quality of life and care
