BGIS is seeking a Responsive Coordinator to manage triage, scheduling and allocation of responsive maintenance across a South-East Melbourne residential portfolio. This is a permanent full-time, on-site role reporting to the Responsive Maintenance Manager and coordinating with tenants, subcontractors and operations teams to keep work orders moving.

You will excel in a fast-paced environment with solid communication and data accuracy, using WorkBuddy to update records and drive KPIs.
