About the Role

FinXL are seeking an experienced Iteration Manager /Agile Delivery Manager to join our practice, and support our team on a high-profile Enterprise Knowledge Management Re-Platform Project within a major general insurance organisation.

In this critical delivery position, you will act as the Delivery Manager / 2IC to the Program Director. You will drive the end-to-end execution of a contemporary, AI-enabled Knowledge Management SaaS platform-transitioning from legacy environments across design, build, business migration, archive, and decommissioning phases.

You will lead delivery governance, facilitate agile ceremonies, and manage complex cross-functional dependencies across internal technology groups, strategic SaaS vendors, and multi-divisional business stakeholders across retail, intermediated, and regional businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Project 2IC & Delivery Leadership: Serve as the primary 2IC for project delivery, ensuring aligned, predictable execution across all project streams.
- Agile Facilitation: Establish and lead key agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, iteration planning, sprint reviews,



backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- SaaS & Vendor Coordination: Drive delivery alignment between internal technology teams, enterprise business groups, and external strategic SaaS partners within the broader Contact Centre Transformation ecosystem.
- Governance & Dependency Management: Implement robust delivery governance, manage risks, resolve blockers, and track cross-stream dependencies across Phase 1A (MVP Design/Build) and Phase 1B (Rollout/Migration/Decommissioning).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate delivery activities and build robust collaborative relationships across diverse business trading divisions and customer-facing teams.

Key Requirements

- Proven Iteration / Delivery Management: Strong track record as an Iteration Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Manager on large-scale enterprise transformation projects, ideally in the general insurance industry.
- Platform & SaaS Delivery Experience: Experience coordinating enterprise platform implementations, migrations, or re-platforming projects involving third-party SaaS vendors.
- 2IC Capability: Highly organised, proactive "operator" with the leadership maturity to step up as 2IC to project leadership.
- Agile Governance Expertise: Deep expertise in agile methodologies, delivery metrics, workshop facilitation, and cross-functional team coordination.
- Complex Stakeholder Alignment: Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with demonstrated success managing multi-divisional business and IT stakeholders.
