Queensland Rail is seeking a Senior Work Management Adviser to embed best-practice work management across our South East Queensland Assets. You will coach frontline teams, develop competency frameworks and improve SAP PM process compliance to enhance asset reliability.

You will partner with planners, schedulers and maintainers to drive capability development, performance analysis and continuous improvement across the maintenance lifecycle.
