Dopa Franchise Pty Ltd is seeking an Operations/Quality Control Coordinator to ensure food quality, safety, and operational standards across all DOPA Donburi & Desserts venues. You will work closely with the Group Area Operations Manager and venue teams to implement QC procedures and monitor daily operations.
You will help train staff, track performance, manage inventory and SOP rollout, support menu updates, and drive continuous improvement while traveling between venues to provide in office
