Uniting is seeking a Household Living Coach in Leichhardt, NSW to strengthen person-centred care in residential households. You will coach, guide and develop Homemakers and care teams to deliver high-quality, individualised support aligned with each resident's goals, independence and wellbeing.

Through education, collaboration and mentoring you will translate principles into daily practice, promote resident choice and create homelike household routines while ensuring safety and quality standards
