About the Company: Our client is an established real estate business operating in Melbourne’s inner south-east, servicing a discerning residential clientele.

This opportunity will suit an experienced sales professional who brings confidence, initiative and a thoughtful approach to client relationships.

About the Role: We are seeking a Sales Associate with a minimum of three years’ experience as a real estate agent and the ability to manage a sales campaign from start to finish. You don’t need to have worked exclusively at the premium end of the market. More important is your understanding of the sales process, your ability to build trust with clients and your motivation to deliver.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing sales campaigns from initial preparation and launch through to negotiation and settlement
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Conducting property inspections and following up buyer enquiries
- Keeping clients informed with clear communication and campaign feedback
- Proactively identifying opportunities and developing your network




- Representing the business with professionalism and attention to detail

About You: You are a motivated self-starter who knows how to keep a campaign moving and provide a high standard of service throughout the sales process.

You will bring:

- A minimum of three years’ experience as a real estate agent
- Proven capability managing sales campaigns from start to finish
- Articulate communication and skilled presentation
- Confidence working with a discerning client base
- Initiative, drive and the ability to work independently
- Strong relationship-building and follow-through skills
- Ideally, an existing connection to Melbourne’s inner south-east through your work, local knowledge or personal network

Experience across other price points is welcome—you will be considered on your capability, professionalism and approach, rather than premium-market experience alone.
