As a Manager / Associate Manager, you will partner with colleagues across our retail, business banking, and intermediary ecosystems to provide specialised legal and regulatory risk advice and support the delivery of critical projects.In this role, you will support the implementation of obligation management mapping of banking-specific regulatory obligations across the business. You will also contribute to ongoing regulatory risk management activities, including compliance advisory support and approvals and work closely with a diverse range of banking stakeholders to assess, monitor, and report on regulatory risk performance. Additionally, you will play a key role in strengthening and evolving our compliance practices,



helping to build a robust risk framework within a dynamic and complex retail and commercial banking environment.

- Proven experience in managing regulatory risk or compliance within a retail banking, business banking, or broader financial services setting.
- A strong grasp of regulatory risk management practices, compliance frameworks, and the principles of effective control design.
- Experience with banking obligations management and mapping (such as banking codes of practice, consumer lending standards, or deposit obligations) is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence a diverse range of stakeholders across business lines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex regulatory requirements clearly and concisely.
- Keen attention to detail and a strategic, proactive approach to problem-solving.
