The Centre for Higher Education Studies (CHES) in Melbourne, VIC, is seeking a proactive IT/AV support technician to join a small IT team. You will handle day-to-day IT and AV maintenance, install equipment, and provide friendly helpdesk support to staff and students across CHES facilities.
Reporting to the IT Manager and working with two colleagues, you will develop transparent procedures, train staff, and manage tasks independently while aligning with Department policies and school priorities.
