Bonnie Hotels Group is looking for a Duty Manager to lead daily pub operations in New South Wales. You will oversee the bar, gaming room, staff and customer service while ensuring all licensing requirements and safety standards are met to sustain guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

The role requires 4+ years in a similar senior hospitality management position, solid RSA knowledge, and a proven ability to drive team performance and guest experiences.
