As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes while maintaining the restaurant's food standards and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, cook and present dishes to consistently high standards.
- Assist with daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and service.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation and portion control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels, minimise wastage and assist with ordering supplies.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Contribute ideas for menu development and daily specials where appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional kitchen environment.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience working as a Chef in a restaurant or similar commercial kitchen.
- Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
- Sound knowledge of food preparation,



cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, reliability and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
- Experience in Greek or Mediterranean cuisine will be considered a distinct advantage.
