An upmarket brewery and restaurant on the Lower Northern Beaches is looking for a driven, creative chef to help establish its reputation as the best food experiences attached to a brewery in the area.

The venue has recently undergone a full renovation, with modern kitchen facilities and a refreshed dining space. The atmosphere is relaxed, the setting is inviting, and the foundations are in place for something special.

This is an opportunity for a chef with ideas, ambition and a robust point of view to shape the offering, develop a menu with its own identity and build a reputation alongside the venue. There’s enough trade to establish solid systems and a consistent business, without the relentless volume that can leave little room for creativity.
The brief is simple: great food, a product you believe in, and the drive to make it happen.
About You
- Experience leading a kitchen,
ideally within an upmarket pub, restaurant, brewery or similar operation.
- A creative approach to menu development, with the ability to build a food offering that feels distinctive and considered.
- A strong understanding of food quality, costing, kitchen systems and operational consistency.
- The drive to take ownership, develop a team and build something over time.
- Pride in what leaves the pass and a genuine commitment to the overall guest experience.
