Our client is hugely successful in the Workshop Accessory space and have a great E-commerce site as well. They are growing Nationally and seeking an experienced Operations Manager, to head the leadership team, based in Melbourne. The role will provide support and oversee various aspects of the Operations. You will report directly to the Director.

As a hands on Operations Manager, some of the key areas of responsibilities are: people management, health and safety, supplier relationships, after sales service, quality control and much more. The role is expansive and requires solid previous experience.

This is a team of 11 plus employees, across multiple States. So, having managed team members remotely,



is also a key area of responsibility. Further, having a solid background in Operations within workshop tools, including car hoists and tool trolleys etc. industry or the Automotive Industry, would be essential. Great tech. skills and some AI experience is also required.
