North West Hospital and Health Service is seeking a Clinical Nurse Leader in Mount Isa to provide specialist mental health and AOD care within the Acute Care Service. You will lead clinical assessment, develop care plans and deliver evidence-based nursing care for patients with complex needs.

You will coordinate transitions to ongoing treatment, offer supervision and training to junior staff, and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve regional outcomes.
