We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced, commercially minded Broker Success Manager to lead our Queensland, Northern Territory and Far Northern NSW region. This isn't your typical BDM role. We're not looking for someone who measures success by how many brokers they've visited or how many coffees they've had. We're looking for someone who can sit down with a broker, understand their business, identify their challenges and help them make meaningful progress. Someone who knows when to coach, when to challenge, when to connect people and when to simply listen. Your success will be measured by the success of the brokers you support. What you'll be doing You'll take ownership of broker relationships, success and growth across your region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building genuine, trusted relationships with mortgage brokers and business owners.
- Helping brokers improve productivity, profitability and business performance.
- Identifying opportunities to recruit quality brokers and brokerage businesses.
- Supporting recent brokers through their transition, onboarding and early growth.
- Delivering practical business coaching and development initiatives.
- Connecting brokers with the right people, technology, lenders and resources.
- Creating opportunities for collaboration, education and community.
- Representing Nectar Mortgsges Group across your region and within the broader industry. Who we're looking for You might currently be a State Manager, Aggregator BDM, Lender BDM,



Broker Development Manager or an experienced mortgage broker looking for your next challenge. Your title matters less than your experience, relationships and approach. Ideally, you'll bring:
- Strong knowledge of the Australian mortgage broking industry.
- A genuine understanding of the commercial realities of running a brokerage.
- Established industry relationships and the ability to build current ones.
- Experience coaching, developing or supporting brokers.
- Strong commercial judgement and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- The confidence to have challenging conversations when needed.
