As a Coposit Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for thousands of property buyers. Your role is to educate, nurture, and guide customers throughout their journey, from their first enquiry through to purchase. You'll proactively engage leads, build meaningful relationships, and provide guidance to both Coposit and Unrent buyers, helping them understand their options and take the next steps towards homeownership. This role directly supports the broader Concierge team, enabling senior team members to focus on system, process, and conversion improvements that enhance the buyer journey end-to-end.

Key responsibilities

- Proactively engage with Coposit and Unrent enquiries via phone, SMS, email, and in-app messaging.
- Understand buyer motivations, financial circumstances, timelines, and challenges, accurately recording key insights in the CRM.
- Conduct one-on-one discovery calls to educate buyers about Coposit, Unrent, available property opportunities, and the next steps in their purchasing journey.
- Maintain buyer engagement through consistent follow-ups, timely reminders, and personalised communication.
- Identify and qualify purchase-ready buyers, facilitating introductions to sales agents and relevant internal teams.
- Take ownership of buyer enquiries and follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience throughout the customer journey.
- Clearly explain how Coposit and Unrent work, including deposit requirements, weekly instalments, and the purchasing process.
- Educate buyers on Coposit Ready and its financial readiness tools, where applicable.
- Help buyers understand their financial circumstances, potential purchasing capacity,



and next steps towards homeownership.
- Monitor buyer sentiment, common objections, drop-off points, and conversion trends throughout the customer journey.

About you

- Ideally, at least 3 years' experience in real estate, proptech, sales, customer success, or a related customer-facing role.
- A confident, engaging communicator who can build rapport and establish trust across phone, SMS, video, and email.
- Proactive, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously.
- Sound understanding of financial readiness, including savings, deposits, borrowing capacity, and the homebuying process, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities, processes, and products continue to evolve.
- Take initiative, think on your feet, and approach challenges with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Naturally curious, open to feedback, and eager to continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to simplify complex information to suit different audiences.
- Motivated by achieving results and understand the importance of balancing customer experience with business outcomes.
