We are seeking a dedicated Neuro, Amputee and Rehab Physiotherapist to join our team in Gledswood Hills, New South Wales. Infinite Rehab operates from a well-equipped, modern clinic at Gregory Hills, supported by an experienced senior clinical team committed to quality rehabilitation outcomes. This permanent, full-time role is essential for providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients living with and recovering from neurological conditions and limb loss. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing patient mobility and quality of life, contributing to our commitment to health and safety in the community.

The caseload includes neurological impairment, stroke, progressive neurological conditions, amputee rehabilitation, and falls management.

Work alongside physiotherapists who are leaders in the area and profession.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with neurological conditions and amputations.
- Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation programmes to meet individual patient needs.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress,



adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and self-management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with organisational policies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
- Registered with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in neuro and amputee rehabilitation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.
- Proficient in using rehabilitation equipment and technology.
