Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure food is prepared and served on time

Maintain consistent food quality, portion control and presentation

Ensure food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained in accordance with relevant regulations

Maintain a clean, organised and secure kitchen environment





Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service

Follow workplace health and safety procedures

About you

Previous experience as a chef in a café, restaurant or similar hospitality environment

Cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques

Understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods

A positive attitude, reliability and a strong work ethic

Relevant culinary qualifications and food safety training are desirable
