Sydney Water is seeking a Senior Manager, Safety Health and Wellbeing to lead enterprise-wide safety and wellbeing programs across our metro sites. You will partner with executive leadership to translate strategy into practical risk controls and assurance.

The role requires 7-10+ years of senior safety leadership, expertise in WHS legislation, incident investigation and risk management, and a track record of coaching and improving safety culture.
