The Role

As a Migration Law Legal Assistant, you will support a Partner and 2 Solicitors. Your duties will include:

- making appointments / diary management
- dealing with clients
- Taking enquires from new clients
- preparation and drafting of immigration applications
- monthly billing
- preparation of correspondence
- general administration duties.

Your Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

- 1-2 years experience as a Legal Secretary
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Well‑established law firm with a supportive team environment. 50 staff at their Bundall office.

- Salary between $60K-$70K + Super (dependent upon experience)
