We're recruiting an enthusiastic LegalOffice Coordinator to join the Brisbane office of a highly regarded national law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the operational side of professional services and wants a role with more variety than traditional reception or administration. You'll become an integral part of the smooth running of the firm.

As the successful person in this career-defining role, you will be you providing all facets of office support services to ensure the efficient operation of the Brisbane office. With oversight of the reception and office functions,



this role will see your leadership and organisational skills put to the test with each day being diverse and different from the last.With this role comes varied responsibilities and a strong element of client service which will see your ability to be versatile and your 'can do' attitude on display.

For you to be considered for this remarkable new opportunity, you will need between 1-2 years experiencein an administrative capacity within a Professional Services firm (legal experience will be highly regarded).Confidence and resilience to navigate through various competing tasks and deadlines will hold you in good stead. You will have a positive 'can do' attitude that will have you always two steps ahead of the game with meticulous attention to detail and communication skills.

Please note: This is a full-time, office-based position requiring attendance five days per week.
