BCQ Education is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented person to assist with the evidence mapping and compliance preparation of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessments across a range of nationally recognised building and construction qualifications.This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands the Australian VET sector, construction industry qualifications and the importance of accurate evidence mapping against nationally endorsed Units of Competency.

About You

Essential skills and experience:

Previous experience in RTO administration, RPL evidence mapping, assessment compliance or a closely related role.





A sound understanding of Units of Competency & Performance Criteria.

Positive understanding of construction industry terminology, work activities and supporting documentation.

Experience working with electronic assessment or student management systems.

Excellent attention to detail, document management and computer skills.

Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines.
