Warehouse Office Assistant | Richlands | $37.39/hr

Early Starts | Monday–Friday | Fast-Paced Environment

We're looking for an adaptable and organised Warehouse Office Assistant to support a busy warehouse operation in Richlands!

This role is ideal for someone who can think on their feet, work well under pressure and keep things moving when plans change. You'll be coordinating container bookings, communicating with truck drivers and helping manage changes to transport schedules throughout the day.

What's on offer?

- $37.39 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- Early starts from 6am
- Finish once daily tasks are completed, typically around 12pm-1pm
- Busy, hands-on role where no two days are the same

Your duties will include:

- Booking in containers and coordinating arrivals
- Managing transport changes and adjusting to shifting priorities
- Communicating with truck drivers and coordinating arrivals and departures




- Checking off receivals stock and ensuring paperwork is passed on to the office
- Assisting with general warehouse administration and ad hoc duties as required
- Supporting the wider warehouse team to keep daily operations running smoothly

What we're looking for:

- Previous warehouse administration, transport coordination or similar experience is highly regarded
- Solid communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable and able to respond quickly to changing schedules and priorities
- Confident communicating with truck drivers and transport teams
- Reliable, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
