Southside Toyota Mt Gravatt is seeking a passionate and experienced Qualified Technician to join our high-performing Service team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be part of a busy and successful workshop delivering quality servicing, maintenance and repairs.

Key responsibilities include:

- General servicing and maintenance of vehicles
- Diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults
- Completing repairs in line with manufacturer and dealership requirements
- Planning and managing jobs efficiently
- Identifying and recommending additional work where required
- Liaising with the Parts Department for required components
- Maintaining a clean and secure workshop environment
- Delivering high-quality workmanship within required timeframes
- Providing exceptional outcomes for our customers
- Performing diagnostics, repairs and servicing to manufacturer standards

About You

We're looking for an experienced automotive professional who takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

To be successful, you will have:





- Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)
- Previous dealership or automotive workshop experience
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Current Australian Driver Licence (manual preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent reliability and work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
