We want you to bring your creativity and collaboration to our business, and we’ll invest to help you grow, pursue, and fulfil what drives you. Together we will deliver extraordinary solutions for a better tomorrow.

- Lead technical discussions with clients, regulators and other consultants.
- Help develop digital tools and smarter workflows that make our work faster and better for clients.
- Deliver projects end to end (planning, client liaison, technical advice and reporting) with minimal supervision.
- Prepare clear, defensible technical reports for environmental impact assessments, approvals and construction, and contribute to proposals, fee estimates and tender submissions.
- Associate level review the work of others, mentor graduate and junior consultants, and help win new work.
