About This Position

Leisure World is looking for friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused people to join our casual Customer Service team.

As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you'll help create a positive experience for everyone who visits the centre. Whether you're greeting members, assisting with enquiries, processing bookings and payments, or sharing information about our programs and services, you'll play an important role in helping our community get the most out of Leisure World.

If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a busy environment, and take pride in delivering great customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Experience in an aquatic, recreation, or leisure centre environment is desirable but not essential.

We're Looking For People Who

- Have experience working in a busy customer-facing environment
- Enjoy helping others and delivering outstanding customer service
- Are confident handling cash and processing transactions
- Communicate clearly and professionally with people from a wide range of backgrounds




- Bring a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team

Leisure World operates from 5.30am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 7.00am to 6.00pm on weekends. Successful applicants must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, early mornings and evenings.

Essential Requirements

- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid (including CPR)
- National Police Clearance (no more than three months old). Please note: This is not required at the application stage but will be required prior to appointment
