Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Next.js & React Developer to design, develop, and support modern, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and headless CMS architectures, along with experience supporting enterprise-grade digital platforms. Exposure to Sitecore XM Cloud and Headless implementations will be a significant advantage.

Location: Melbourne.

Salary: AUD 108571 - 119893 Annual Gross.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Build high-performance, responsive, and accessible user interfaces following contemporary front-end development practices.
- Implement and optimize Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG),



and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR).
- Develop reusable, component-based architectures using React and TypeScript.
- Integrate applications with REST APIs, GraphQL services, authentication platforms, and headless CMS solutions.
- Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, providing L2/L3 support for enterprise applications.
- Monitor application performance and implement performance optimization strategies.
- Manage source code, version control, and CI/CD processes using GitHub and Azure-hosted environments.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to security, scalability, and coding standards.

Required Experience:

- 7+ years of overall web application development experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with React.js.
- 3+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using Next.js.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
