The Role In this independent engagement, you'll lead client engagement within a proven global framework:

- Strategic Engagement: Identify and connect with qualified professionals using our established marketing systems and CRM. The infrastructure does the heavy lifting; you bring the judgement.
- Consultative Discovery: Hold structured discovery conversations to assess alignment with our programs & our business. Real conversations with real people.
- Practice Management: Run your own pipeline, schedule, and follow-ups with full location independence. Home office, co-working space, or anywhere with reliable internet.




- Ongoing Development: Join regular training sessions with an international community of experienced consultants who actually understand the work.

Who We're Looking For

- Minimum 7+ years in Consulting, Strategic Sales, Marketing, or Client Engagement roles.
- Ready to make a genuine career transition - bringing established corporate expertise into an independent professional practice.
- The professional maturity to work remotely, unsupervised, and on your own initiative.
- Exceptional communication skills and the executive presence to navigate high-stakes conversations.
- Based in Australia.
